After a closed-door two hours meeting between Akhilesh Yadav and Azam Khan, it was assumed that the wife of Azam Khan will contest the Rampur seat source says. When the matter came open the BJP leadership started playing their game and probably insisted to agree on the name of Ghanshyam, considered to be Hanuman Ji of Azam Khan source says. The name of Naqvi taking a round in the political gallery somehow vanished. Source says that later Azam Khan conveyed to Akhilesh Yadav that his wife is not interested to contest Rampur and suggested the name of Raza. Now it will be interesting to see that Azam will have control over the seat irrespective of whether SP or BJP wins source says?
