     The delegation of PM of Bangladesh was expecting the CM of West Bengal in the meeting because West Bengal is the most affected state on Teesta water sharing disputes source says. The reply given by the Indian delegation on absence was not clear and the somewhat confusing source says. It was answered that in present days no CM is involved in the bilateral discussions and shown unawareness of involvement of CM in discussions in the past source says. Source says the discussions on the water sharing disputes are still unresolved and many more such meetings are required to clear the mist due to political compulsions.
