In one more decisoin Kharge made Kumari Shailja incharge of Chattisgarh Unit of Congress. Sources say that Shailja's appointment didn't go well with Chhatisgarh CM Bhupesh Bhagel who wanted a Brahmin face as the incharge, sources say. Such eyebrow-raising decisions have indicated that Kharge is moving in a balanced way. However, his balanced approach may not go well with everyone, sources suggest.
