Shashi Tharoor, MP from Kerala, recently fought Congress president elections and lost is touring the entire Kerala state as per his plan without taking consent from the state party organization or central leadership source says. Tharoor is meeting intellectuals, leaders of different organisations and the public in general in small groups source says. Congress party leadership thinks that his proximity with persons, who matters to guide the public in general in framing their mind set likely to affect party prospects in future elections source says. Similarly Sachin Pilot is also on a state Yatra source says that this Yatra is likely to prove very costly to the party in coming elections source says. The impression going down in public is that all party cadres are differing and without a coherent approach the developmental process is likely to get affected source says.  Sachin Pilot is aspiring for a CM post in the state, all these actions are to put pressure on central leadership to come to their terms and allow them to have what they want source says.
