Six seats from Bihar to fell vacant in March and April from Rajya Sabha, 2 seats will go to RJD, 2 to BJP and 1 to the Congress party the one seat as discussions amongst parties will go to Mr Yechuri source says. Leaders of these 3 parties feel that Yechuri has got Karishma and the skill to prepare the ground field for the opposition unity as was done by Late Harkishen Singh Surjeet in the past source says. JD(U) feels that Yechuri is likely to prepare the ground for Mr Nitish Kumar Delhi source says.
