     The defeat of the BJP in Karnataka should not be taken as the defeat of the party one state source says. Its ramifications and effect must be weighed the party source says. At present only nine states are ruled by the BJP source says. Six states are being ruled in alliance with like-minded parties sources say. The party has lost the gateway of southern states source says. Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh are likely to go for elections this year source says. The present trend, if taken seriously BJP is having an edge only in Rajasthan but the present CM is quite mature and able to turn the tide source says. Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are almost out of bounds for any national parties and in Maharashtra, even the Shinde faction with BJP is ruling the state but the core Shiv Sainik are with Uddhav Thackeray source says. MVA, if remains till the 2024 elections BJP will not be in an advantageous position source says. This is high time for the BJP to rethink its strategy and initiate developmental programs rather than concentrating on freebies and polarisation source says. The voters are very intelligent and understand their well beings and of course, change brands frequently unless dedicated, dependable services are extended to them source says. Simple glorification without a base would not likely succeed in the future source says.
