    The Vishwa Bharti University was founded by Ravindra Nath Tagore also a winner of the prestigious Nobel prize. His son later handed over a piece of land measuring approximately 1.38 acres to the family of Amartya Sen in 1943 on lease source says. Later the university became a central university and since then no management or state government dug the paper but recently the authorities of the university issued a notice to Amartya Sen, the most vocal critic of the present central government to vacate the bungalow source says. The authorities say that 0.13 acres of land out of a total of 1.38 areas belonging to the university and family are unauthorized occupant source says. The CM has already handed over the papers to the family but the dispute is continuing and now became an important point of core contention between the central government and state government source says.
