The JMM and Congress government of Jharkhand state is not happy with the stands taken by the Governor of the state source says. Recently Governor has returned three important bills of the state government without assigning any reasons source says. The state government is not sure what to do with the bill returned by the Governor in the absence of any remarks and nothing is coming out from the Governor’s house source says. To pursue the matter now the state government has decided to submit a memorandum to the Governor, the first of its kind shortly to wake up the Governor source says. Some say this is another way to stop popular government to not going for welfare schemes for the downtrodden, which ultimately improves the status of the government, a source says.
