There were expectations that the Rohini Commission report might be tabled in the recent special session of the parliament, unfortunately, no such decision was taken, top sources say. The reason, as per the top sources, is that the BJP wishes to play calcualtively over the Report as the Report recommended subcategorization of OBCs and considering the clamour over OBC issue by the opposition and Supreme Court's grilling pr hard stance over some issues has forced the BJP to maintain a calculative silence on the issue, top sources add.
