Before polling days all political parties are open in the ground to some or other beneficial programs for the voters, a source says. The Odisha Congress party has announced that if the party comes to power in the state all vacant posts under the categories of SC, and ST will be filled immediately by undertaking a special drive source says. Congress has also announced that loans up to Rs.5 lakhs of all Women self-help groups will be waived off source says. SC and ST women will also get Rs 2000/- monthly allowance and Rs 3000/- as the monthly guarantee amount source says. The Congress party also announced that on becoming a village drug-free that particular village will get Rs 10,00,000 for development every year and all women of the village will also get Rs 1,00,000 per year as an encouragement allowance source says.
