    Congress, with 13 seats in just concluded parliamentary elections, emerged as the leading party in Maharashtra. The victory has changed the equations. Nana Patole said that with the maximum seat, Congress would like to contest the maximum seats, but going by principles of alliance will not force the numbers in assembly elections, source says. Sanjay Raut of Shiv Sena (Uddhav group) said that the leader of Shiv Sena ( Uddhav group) should be projected as the CM candidate and the election be fought under his leadership source. Thorat, the Congress leader, said that the decision of seats and leadership matters be left to senior leaders of MVA  to decide, the source says.
