The UP government was very enthusiastic to get the number of Diya recorded in the Guinness World Record this time source says. For perfection, first manual counting of Diya’s was carried out then when lightening was one by it was recorded and last Drone was used to confirm the numbers the source says. For this purpose, a team from Guinness World Record visited the site and completed the work. After all the three counts, the final figure announced was 25,12,585 Diya’s source says.
