Poonam Mahajan has written a letter to the Home Minister seeking a fresh inquiry for the murder of her father Pramod Mahajan, a source says. Pramod Mahajan was killed by his brother Praveen Magajan in Mumbai. She has written that the murder was the result of a well-knitted conspiracy and should be examined from this angle also source says. The letter after many years has surprised almost all BJP leaders and cadre and now they are asking why this letter was written during the election period source says. The BJP leaders say that it's because she has not been given a ticket to contest in the assembly nor the just concluded Lok Sabha elections source says. Some say that, if she had any proof, why did she not approach the government to find out the truth source says.
