With lots of fanfare and surprise Mohan Yadav was selected to lead the Madhya Pradesh replacing very popular CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Chauhan was very popular amongst the beaurocrats and was able to get work done with authority but seems that stage has not reached for the current CM source. After taking oath approximately every four days he ordered a transfer and by this speed, he has transferred about 80% of officers including officers of the CM secretariat source says. The frequent change is telling upon the administration and good governance and the time is ripe to settle down and work for the welfare of the people instead of indulging in transfer business source says.
