The central government has not given a second term to any Governor except Anandi Ben Patel, known as a close associate of PM and Arif Mohammad, Kerala Governor source says. The shifting of Kerala Giver to Bihar seems only on political grounds and indicates that the Governor has made strong inroads into the party source says. Bihar has almost 14% Muslims and the presence of a Muslim Governor probably helps the BJP to convince Muslim voters that the party thinks for them and works for their upliftment source says. If this happens, BJP would be in a better position to retain power without the support of any other party in the state source says.
