Ashish Patel, the Education Minister in the Yogi Adityanath government, has made serious allegations against the state's Special Task Force (STF), claiming that they pose a threat to his life, according to various sources. Patel, who is also the husband of central minister Anupriya Patel, appears to be embroiled in a significant political controversy. Pallavi Patel, a member of the Legislative Assembly from the Samajwadi Party and the younger sister of Anupriya Patel, has leveled accusations of widespread corruption against Ashish Patel within his education department source says. She has publicly demanded an investigation into these allegations, urging the STF to take action.

In a surprising move, instead of addressing these accusations directly, Ashish Patel sought protection from the STF, emphasizing that he feels his life is in jeopardy due to their actions. He has also pointed fingers at Shishir Singh, the State Information Director, whom he alleges is orchestrating a campaign of character assassination against him through various media outlets and social media platforms.

Singh is notably regarded as a favored associate of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and shares a close relationship with Amitabh Yash, the Chief of the STF source says. Political analysts are speculating that Ashish Patel's accusations and his call for protection may be indicative of deeper issues within the party, suggesting that he might have some level of backing from influential figures within the political landscape. The unfolding drama highlights a complex web of political alliances and rivalries that could have significant implications for the stability of the current administration source says.
