Rahul Gandhi Banking In Support of Dalit?

Delhi elections confirmed that the Congress party is coming back, though could not do much better but became instrumental in the defeat of AAP candidates in at least ten to fifteen constituencies.  Muslims supported the Congress to its fullest strength source says.
