Interesting Case of Two Padma Shri?

Recently government of India has announced names of prestigious Padma Shri awardees. One Antaryami Mishra from Odisha has been awarded the Padma Sri for his remarkable contribution to the field of literature and education. There are two Antaryami Mishra, one is a Correspondent and another is a doctor source says. The correspondent has managed and received the award from the President of India source says. Later another Antaryami approached the court that he was the actual person selected by the central government but the correspondent managed the award for him a source says. The doctor claims that he has written 29 books, not The Correspondent and he has misused his name to get the award source says. 

Now court is to decide who is the actual recipient of the award. This has brought the entire process of selection and verification process under scanner and the government has been placed in a very awkward position source says. For such prestigious awards, the government must have interviewed the person under selection and must have verified credentials from many sources but the failure is a lack of coordination and sincerity at any stage source says.
