Auspicious Timing For Delhi CM Oath Ceremony?

At 12 noon PM reached the venue of the oath-taking of the CM of Delhi. The event was organised with lots of fans and fare because the BJP returned to power after 27 years. Lt Governor was sitting on a chair waiting for the signal to start the program, the moment he tried to start, the PM after viewing his watch signalled to wait for five minutes and to keep himself engaged started meeting leaders sitting on dias source says.
