Rahul Gandhi Smartly Played Dalit Card in Bihar?

 Political observers see it as the cleaning of the party from a sleeper cell in Congress by Rahul Gandhi. Recently the state Congress president Akhilesh Prasad Singh was eased out and a new president was given charge source says. Akhilesh Prasad Singh is very close to the RJD and always pursued the cause of coalition and never tried to rebuild the party to contest elections on its strong footing. 

Rahul always wanted to rebuild the party and contest elections alone but never got a chance due to some state leaders opposed to the idea source says. Akhilesh Prasad Singh always remained a blue-eyed boy of Kharge, who always protected him and fought for his cause source says. This time the proposal of his replacement was strongly opposed by Kharge, who opined that time is very short for the state elections and this time removal was likely to backfire but Rahul played a Dalit card and said installing a Dalit would likely to benefit the party source says. Kharge could not refuse the proposal to install a Dalit, Rajesh Ram as president of the state Congress source says.
