DMK Members Are Adopting Unique Methods To Protest?

All southern states are agitated over the delimitation of the parliamentary constituencies. The representation in the parliament is based on the population source says. It is said that almost all southern states have strictly followed the directives of the central government and ensured its following by people in general. Most of the northern states have not taken it very seriously resulting drastic increase in population whereas the population of the southern states came down drastically source says. It's feared by southern states that, if the present policy of delimitation continues the number of members of parliament will come down source says.

This will allow northern state representatives to ignore their voices on the floor of the house if the situation comes to some time source says.  To protest against the present policy and to get the implementation differed the member of parliament arrived in the house wearing black outfits source says. Black outfits are considered a sign of protest in Tamilnadu. In 1945, Periyar used this and said that the colour denotes the unwillingness of the mass and the same is being used now source says.  On the other days all southern state members of parliament came to the house in white outfits but with slogans written at the back source says. The slogan says that the move will be rejected but the state accepts the move of the past state governments to honour the commitments of the country and will continue to do so source says.
