Kejriwal's Sheesh Mahal Conundrum?

The previous AAP government of Delhi renovated the house for the Chief Minister. It was occupied by the then-CM, Kejriwal. It's said that the government has spent crores of rupees on the renovation of the house and during elections and before that, this was made a notable point to castigate the AAP government source says. Though, commonly, every occupant gets a house renovated as per their choice before occupying that or during the occupation but politics plays here and ex-CM was painted as misused the exchequer’s money source says. The narratives worked well and the AAP government was dethroned by the BJP source says. Probably due to political reasons, the present CM has refused to shift to the house. The government is fixing what to do with the house. 

One group says to convert it into a state guest house but during the last ten years term, there was no official state government guest house because the previous one was converted into a house for the think tanks of AAP source says. Under the circumstances, one quarter opined that it would be a waste of exchequers money as no state guest house is required source says.
