Surendra Singh, IAS officer, Uttar Pradesh 2005 batch, who is presently on inter cadre deputation to Delhi as Secretary to LG Delhi, has been appointed as Secretary to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister. Singh recently completed his three-year inter-cadre deputation tenure.
