Binay Bhushan, IAS officer AGMUT 2009 batch, who is presently posted in the cadre, has been appointed as Secretary of the Finance Commission for Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Island. He has been relieved from the post to join as Secretary of Finance Commission for UT and A&NI.
