Om Prakash IAS officer Uttarakhand 1987 batch, who is presently posted as ACS Rajya Sampati Vibhag, Government of Uttarakhand has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand. In place of Utpal Kumar who is scheduled to superannuate on 31st July 2020.
