Vineet Goyal IPS officer West Bengal 1994 batch who is presently posted as Kolkata Police Commissioner has been removed by the West Bengal Government. The decision came after a high voltage stand off between doctors and West Bengal Chief Minister ended with a brief meeting where doctors presented demands to the government out of which removal of Police Commissioner was one of them.
