In a major development , it has been learned that A&NI Chief Secretary Keshav Chandra might move to Delhi as MCD Commissioner, Kumar may move to NDMC. Top sources say that this possible move perhaps flows from the centre wish to keep affairs soft yet effective, a role where Chandra fits more comfortably especially in MCD. Kumar's possibility of moving out from MCD is said to be need of strong administrator in NDMC.
