It seems after trying to resign from his position, he has finally agreed to stay back in the party in his old designation as he has suddenly become super active. He has had been to his favoured constituency, Wayanad, Kerala. In reality, ever since Congress saw a defeat, Rahul has become quite disappointed. He even tried resigning, which was declined by the working committee of the party. He also tried keeping himself aloof of the party’s activities. Even the news of him appointing someone else as the President of Congress was floating in the media. But it seems his sister Priyanka Gandhi managed to convince him to retain his position.
