Ever since newly appointed Foreign Secretary of Pakistan, Sohail Mahmood, has announced his visit to India, a lot of speculations have already begun. He has come to India to arrange for a meeting for bilateral discussion between Imran Khan and Narendra Modi in Biskek, Kyrgyzstan. But the surprising thing is that he neither approached PMO of India of Foreign Ministry of India before this, and regarding this. However, India has kept its word that Modi-Imran discussion won’t take place in SCO meeting.
