During the cabinet session organized last week, PMO has said that all the ministers have to send their files to the Home Minister first. Routing file through the Home Minister has been considered to be a change for good as it will make things systematic and easier for the officers to work. According to the sources, this has happened as per PM Modi’s instructions.
