The heated debate on CAA in Parliament attracted the attention of many not only in the country but outside also. European Parliament has passed a resolution against the CAA. Sources say disturbed with this development, the Speaker wanted to counter the move but after consulting Secretary-General matter was forwarded for advice to External affairs. After getting advice that only a note can be issued on a subject that's too after a nod from ministry, he got upset. Sources say the advice has not curbed his talking and activism on the subject matter?
