    The defeat of prominent leaders in the last parliamentary elections party is facing an uphill task in selecting candidates for Rajya Sabha. 50 seat is likely to go for contest. Every party wants to see their nominees get through but the race to get tickets has put the party in a very bad situation, youngsters want their share was as old-timers want a reward for their loyalty. The exit from the party by Maharaja is one example. Sources say Mrs. Gandhi also not very effective in controlling the fight of principles. Sources say it is high time for Congress for retrospections because even in Bihar, JD(U)  has not accepted nomination despite much pressure put on by the oldest party?
