Sanjay Seth, Father in law of Jitin Prasad, young Congress leader arranged a big party to celebrate birthday of his grand son, one gathering at his residence and another at Taj hotel. Dampi, old associate of family managed both the events. All VIP guests irrespective of party affiliation participated. Miss Kanika Kapoor, singer of Bollywood also participated in the celebration.  After attending the party she also visited her parents house and her maternal uncles house at Kanpur. In party  Former Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Mrs Vasundhara Raje along with her son Dushyant Singh, Member of Parliament  and other relatives also attended. Lokayukta of UP also invited Miss Kapoor in one of his party at his residence. These  parties were thrown by Namely personalities and for the important people of the society. Probably no one was aware that Miss Kanika recently returned from her visit to London and was infected by Covid-19 Sources say she was aware of the problem but during checking at the Airport, with her influence she managed to come out without detection. A gross violation which is now troubling many, including Honourable President of India, because after attending party, Dushyant participated in many discussions in Parliament continuously for two days and interacted with many fellow members of Parliament and also met Honourable President with delegation. Sources say all these places are being sanitised and some people had already gone in quarantine and for the check up in New Delhi.
