As a reward to help in the toppling of Congress government Scindia has already been given Rajya Sabha seat and also 14 of his group members got cabinet seats in state government. Scindia also hoping for cabinet seat but his inclusion in parliamentary committee of HRD ministry probably has jeopardized ministership in HRD ministry because ministers are not included in the parliamentary committees. Sources say this is likely to delay his inclusion in the cabinet. Sources add that probability of expansion of the cabinet is also not sure and the result of by-election in MP will also play a very important role?
