Bihar ex-Chief Minister of Bihar presently in jail is still a force to be recognized politically. He is in jail at Ranchi but due to his bad health had been shifted from Birsa Munda Central Jail to RIIMS and later to Kaily, the bungalow of Director of RIIMS. Sources say the government has extended much relaxation to him. After the stunning victory of Hemant Soren in Jharkhand  Lalu started his political game and his interaction with his party leaders and workers, sources say giving guidelines to contest elections to win. BJP party has already gone to court against the morning meetings and political gatherings. Recently, sources say, Sharad Yadav along with his daughter also met him probably in connection with a ticket to his daughter. Surely, Lalu is managing entire elections of Bihar from Jail only?
