Congress party decided to play more aggressively in Maharashtra. Sources say the present state President of Congress party, Bala Sahab Thorat, Revenue Minister in state government has been asked to resign and probably he has resigned. Sources say, Prithvi Chauhan, Manik Rao Thackeray and Nitin Raut, Energy Minister are the front runners.
