Kissan andolaan not yet resolved, andolaan is going on in spite of eleven round talk of representatives of Kisaans and government. Mr Rakesh Tikait is of Balian gotra, similar to of Mr Sanjeev Balian, the elder brother of Rakesh is also working for Mr Balian, sources say. Sources say being of the same gotra, there is likely of some distant relationship between them. Sources say with all this closeness BJP likely to depend on Mr Balian to convince Mr Tikait to accept government position to end the agitation. Sources say during 10th meeting over phone Home minister conveyed Mr Tomar that government is ready to put the law pending for eighteen months, this was conveyed to Kisaan leaders and Mr Tikait was little convinced with proposed proposal considering it as a win of Kisaans but latter the Punjab Kisaans not agreed with the proposed proposal and demanded a scrap of law. Tikait, though personally in favour of proposal had to align with Punjab leaders and leaders from other states. In the eleventh meeting also no decision has arrived and Kisaans are continuing their andolaan. The head of Shiromani Gurudwara Parishad also issued a statement in favour of Kisaans, which has definitely strengthened the stand of Kisaans.
